  • Supporting the Welcome Home Loan scheme (see below)
  • Shared Equity Loans, designed to make it easier for modest income earners in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Nelson and Queenstown to own their own homes
  • Free home ownership education workshops.

For many people, the biggest obstacle to owning their own home is saving the deposit.
